1 Bedroom Cabin in Fort Payne

Ready to disconnect and relax? Grab a drink and hop in the hot tub, or build a fire in the firepit. Enjoy coffee and a book from the porch while watching the deer and other wildlife wander nearby.
Very convenient location! Only minutes from downtown Fort Payne, Mentone, Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon. Very quiet cabin in the woods!
This cabin shares 20 acres in the woods with a few of our others. Each are spaced out to keep it private and relaxing! It was built in late 2022. It is completely self-sufficient, fully-furnished with all appliances.
We now have Wi-Fi! So, if you *have* to work, or if you're needing to binge watch your favorite Netflix shows, you can now do so!
Each of our cabins have a private hot tub located on the covered back deck, a fire pit, and a campsite style charcoal grill. All of the kitchens are fully equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils you should need to prepare your favorite meals if you're looking to stay in. We use Keurig pod coffee makers in each of our cabins, so grab your favorite blend!
This cabin has a king sized bed and a full-size sleeper sofa.
Things you should know!
All sheets and linens are provided.
We provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine tablet. We also provide a few K-cups to get you started.
According to your length of stay, you may want to bring extra coffee, detergents and garbage bags.
We do not provide any toiletries at this time.
Phone service can be limited, however, we have signal boosters in each of our cabins. AT&T and Verizon seem to work fine, though we have been told that T-Mobile/Sprint users didn't have signal. Having wi-fi now may allow many modern phones to operate over it.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the Bears Den. Pictures online don’t do the place justice. It’s super clean, cozy, and had everything we could need. The Fort Payne area was also a nice surprise. We enjoyed shopping, dining, and the nearby nature areas. There’s also a drive-in movie theater showing double features on the weekends about 30 minutes away. We will definitely be back
